Supper Kit terms of use

These terms cover the Supper Kit iOS app and the hosted service at api.fartball.dev. They include the auto-renewable subscription disclosure required for App Store guideline 3.1.2. Canonical URL: https://supperkit.app/terms
Supper Kit is operated by the person reachable at hello@supperkit.app.
The service
Supper Kit is a household meal planner. You can plan meals, keep a calendar, and build grocery lists. We do not host publisher recipe instructions. Meal detail opens the original recipe on the publisher’s site. Those sites, and optional Instacart shopping, have their own terms.
The production and TestFlight API runs at api.fartball.dev. The service is provided as-is.
Accounts
You need an account to use the hosted service. Keep your credentials to yourself. You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account. Deleting your Supper Kit account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Subscriptions
Supper Kit Premium is an auto-renewable App Store subscription. It unlocks unlimited meal plans, calendar, and grocery lists.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store at confirmation of purchase. Supper Kit does not collect card details.
Plans:

Annual — product id
app.supperkit.premium.annual, $99.99 USD per year, with a 7-day free introductory offer, then billed annually unless cancelled -
Monthly — product id
app.supperkit.premium.monthly, $9.99 USD per month, no trial, billed monthly until cancelled
The subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. You can also use Restore purchases in the app.
If you buy a subscription while a free trial is unused, Apple may forfeit the unused portion of that trial.
Deleting the Supper Kit account does not cancel the Apple subscription.
Privacy

Children
Supper Kit is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account for someone under 13.
As-is
We provide the app and API as-is. Things can break, recipes can be wrong, and third-party sites can change. Use your own judgment in the kitchen.
